dwellings, surrounded by native trees and gardens. Each with an outside sitting area and
garage. You will find Mulara Holiday Units a perfect setting for your next holiday or short
break, close to Lake Mulwala, Clubs, Restaurants, Shops and Golf Course. Walk to
everything and enjoy the convenience of location.

Features
Our 2 Bedroom Units consist of one queen sized bed in the main bedroom, and 2 singles
in the second bedroom. Other features include air conditioning, full sized kitchen, lounge
and dining area, separate bathroom and laundry tea & coffee making facilities, bath(3), hairdryer,
iron/ironing board, fully opening windows and outdoor garden courtyard. Each unit is entitled
to one single garage space. Another space is also available for a 2nd car in front of unit.

Extra adults are charged at $20.00 per night. Children are charged at $15.00 per night.
Cot and high chair are available upon request (subject to availability) for a small charge.
Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult.

club facilities, lazy river beds and prolific birdlife. With all water sports, fishing, lake cruises,
wineries, museums and galleries, you can enjoy a holiday as tranquil and relaxing as you
choose or as exciting and active as time allows.
Location
The Mulara Holiday Units are centrally located to three major clubs, the Services Club, Water Ski
Club and the magnificent Yarrawonga and Border Golf Club and just 300 metres north of the bridge.
Lake Mulwala is only a 3 hour drive from Melbourne and a short 1 hour west of Albury.
